The Council of the City of Reading will hold a public hearing to consider an expansion of the existing DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area). The public hearing will be held September 17 7:30PM at 1000 Market Street, Reading, OH 45215 in the City Hall Council Chambers.
