In addition to the postponement, If you have been ticketed for a minor traffic or other offense for which a pay-out has been established, you may pay-out the ticket at the original amount without the addition of late fees, warrant fees, or other charges. This applies regardless of when the ticket was issued. If you need information regarding the pay-out amount, contact the Clerk of Courts at (513) 733-5768.
